I am an experienced Criminal Attorney. I represent clients charged with minor and serious offenses. For instance, I have defended criminal traffic offenses, misdemeanors, felonies, OVIs, and involuntary manslaughter cases. I am a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

I also have experience handling civil matters including: civil stalking protection orders, preparing deeds, estate planning, reviewing and drafting contracts, landlord tenant disputes, Personal Injury both to the person and also damage to personal/real property, contested child custody cases through the juvenile courts.

I started out as a solo practitioner at The Czanik Law Firm. While in solo practice, I began to specialize in providing private legal services in Greene County, Ohio especially to residents of Fairborn. I am also a member of the Fairborn Chamber of Commerce.

I grew up in Fairborn and graduated Carroll High School. After high school, I attended the University of Findlay earning a degree in Finance. Then, I attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where I focused my studies on Criminal Law, gaining experience at the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office and as a legal intern at the University of Dayton School of Law criminal defense clinic.
