Ian and Tony were involved in a criminal jury trial in Greene County in April of 2023. Their client was charged with a first degree misdemeanor, which meant he was facing up to 6 months in jail. Ian and Tony prepared diligently and worked with their client leading up to the trial, and they were able to obtain favorable rulings from the judge before trial even began.
The trial began in the morning and the jury did not return a verdict until 10:30pm the same day. When the jury came back, Ian’s and Tony’s client was acquitted of his charge and was able to put the allegations behind him.
